MIA Toolkit

Your medical history belongs to you.

Your scans are a record of your own body — yet they're trapped on fragile discs, in formats built for institutions, not people.

When you can't easily gather and carry your own history, you get worse care: repeated scans, missed comparisons, second opinions that start from zero. We think that's wrong. The images are yours; you should be able to hold them in one place, on any computer, and hand them to any doctor.

So this tool is free, and it always will be. No account, no cloud, no company watching — your data never leaves your machine. We sign and notarize the apps so they open without scary warnings, for everyone, as soon as we possibly can. We will not put a paywall between a person and their own records.

But signing certificates, translations, and the time to keep this working do cost money. If you can, support the project so it stays free for the people who can't — an older parent in another country, a family paying out of pocket, a clinic with no budget. Pay what's fair where you live. If now isn't the time, just download it. That's the deal.

Where your support goes

Every contribution keeps MIA Toolkit free and signed for the people who can't pay — an older parent abroad, a family paying out of pocket, a clinic with no budget. One-time or monthly, it all funds the same thing: free access for everyone.
